SECTION 25 - MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS

Rally Sports Nation (“Rally Sports”, “we” or “us”) offers a mobile text message program (the “Program”). These Mobile Messaging Terms apply to the Program. We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these terms at any time, and your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any change means you accept the change.

By opting in to the Program, for example by checking a consent box on our website or texting a keyword to us, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Rally Sports at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include giveaway updates, winner alerts, bonus entry offers, promotions and cart reminders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of entering any giveaway. Participation is completely voluntary.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. We do not charge for the Program, but you are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, or by clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or email Support@rallysportsnation.com.

We may change the short code or phone number we use for the Program. Messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a number we no longer use may not be received. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to give us a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use; if you change your number, you will need to opt in again with the new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for failed, delayed or misdirected delivery of any message, any errors in a message, or any action you take or do not take in reliance on a message.
